Tender to final bill
One team carries the work from the tender document to the completion certificate, so the estimate and the measurement book agree.
Stage 1
Tender & estimate
Study of the tender, site visit, quantities and rate analysis against the SSR.
Stage 2
Mobilisation
Work order, material sourcing, labour and site set-up as per programme.
Stage 3
Execution
Supervised construction with quality checks and departmental inspections.

Billing & handover
Measurements, running and final bills, and handover to the department.
